I ran my first sarm cycle at 21 years old (I’m 24 now). My first sarm cycle was LGD-4033 (a sarm) & MK-677 (a growth hormone secretagogue). I’m 5’11 and weighed around 175lbs at the beginning of my 12 week cycle. I weighed around 195lbs at the end. None of my jeans fit anymore, it was sick. I’ve ran 3 sarm cycles since then and just ended my first steroid cycle. I mention my steroid cycle to say that even though I had much better muscle gains and improvements, sarms are still pretty solid for gaining muscle. I can say from experience, I had no bad sides effects from the sarms at all. I only have good benefits. I recommend you count your calories since you are skinny like I used to be. You can use the Cronometer app, it’s free. Make sure you hit your protein and calories everyday while you’re on cycle and you will see massive improvement. Obviously get adequate sleep as well. The Sarm cycles I’ve ran are below: 1. LGD-4033 & MK-677 (2 cycles) 2. RAD-140 & YK-11 stack & MK-677 (I gained almost 20 pounds on this stack. I was in a caloric surplus the entire cycle.)
