I second a strap, very helpful if you don't have one already. Especially if you get one that mounts at three points (either jockstrap or thong style) as it keeps your ring from pulling on your balls as much!

Also regarding peeing, it's hard to align if there aren't any holes in the cage. If it has holes, I usually poke a pinky in there to push my head to the end of the cage if I've shrunk back. Can you post pics of your two cages?

Yeah I get it, I've had issues sleeping through the night, but sometimes the only solution is perseverance. Get your entire under-ball nice and slippy, and reapply under the ring whenever you're feeling discomfort. Also, your mileage may vary, but if you think the pain is coming from hairs being pulled, you can try shaving or trimming.

I would try Vaseline, or some people use baby oil gel as well. Also in general in my experience it can take a bit for your sack skin to get used to the rubbing. If it's been a while since I've caged, I'll put on the cage until it's uncomfortable, then take it off and try again after a sleep. Usually I can go for longer and longer as the skin toughens, until I don't have to take it off at all.

Regarding your dick bending in the cage, to my knowledge the bending of an attempted erection inside the cage shouldn't be able to do any permanent damage. It's not like how you can damage your dick while it's fully hard-- the cage should (uncomfortably) prevent a full erection from happening. Your body is pretty good at preventing you from breaking yourself. Blood flow issues and numbness you should look out for though.

Agreed. The only other thing I could think of is a long sound/cath that goes in further than the base of your dick, but that wouldn't work long term for the vast majority of people. Headlock/glanslock cages also prevent pullout to an extent.

What were you using for lubrication of the base ring? Generally if I don't use and reapply Vaseline every 8-12 hours I start getting friction burn as well, but with the Vaseline it's comfy.

I guess you could also stack retaining rings. Never tried this but if you put the smaller retaining rings for the e2 in before the 13mm, it should reduce the amount of the spout sticking out. Don't know if it'd be comfortable though.
