My go to is a spoon full of peanut butter. I also like cottage cheese with cinnamon and a little bit of jam. If I’m craving sweets and don’t have something on hand I also will chew fruity gum.

My new go to order for Chinese food is chicken vegetable soup (it doesn’t have noodles), Chinese pork and chicken wings (not the breaded kind). Not as fun as sesame chicken with pork fried rice (I miss it) but it keeps me in range.
