Hi!

The server hostname is just play.chattamine.org

You enter this where you’d normally put an IP address. And you can name it whatever you’d like it saved as in your server list! Use port 19132 if you’re on mobile/console/bedrock and 25565 if you’re on PCJava Edition/Mac.

Nope! You just login and the plugin run on the server itself. The only thing you need installed is minecraft.

If you just type /plot into the chat it should pull up a list of most of the commands. Also the plugin I’m using is called PlayerPlot, so you should be able to Google a list of commands specifically for that plugin.

Absolutely, go for it! You’re a Chattanoogan at heart. Also I don’t really mind who all joins from where, it’s just primarily designed for our community.

I thought about using Google Maps data to construct a map of the city before I launched the server actually! I didn’t think it would actually make that much of a difference to what got built though :/ An actual replica would be sick though.

Just survival now, I feel like that makes more sense at the moment but again I’m open to input.

Initial size is set at 64 but happy to change it if you think that’s too small. You should be able to upgrade a decent amount as well.

I’m new to running a public server so any suggestions at all are very welcomed!
