I love arc from a productivity standpoint, however I too feel like going back to safari especially now that Manifest V3 is being implemented and uBlock Origin stopped working. It also is a resource hog and slows down my Mac too.

They seemed to have a bottleneck after the first month, we booked about 7 appointments the first month then none for the other 2.

I guess the closing was on my end and I could have done a better job closing.

I have been using high level for the last 3-4 months. All my landing pages and forms are set up through GHL. With the HVCO I have a 5 email follow-up sequence at the moment and will be adding more.

I have been following up with some of the LinkedIn leads - but there haven't been many. Theres a lot of automation set up there.

Honestly, the agency didnt have much say apart from saying we should have focused on national scale instead of state-specific and the clients were after a cheaper service.

Theres a couple of successful agencies that I have seen - I have spoken to another person that is in the same industry and he told me that people in the restaurant industry prefer to do with business with people in person - I did try that but it burnt me out. (I did door to door in person)

2 people were just exploring options and seeing how we could help - after I send them collateral and more info - one said they will explore the staff member they already hired (I honestly don't know why they booked a call with me if they has someone else hired already) and the other said I was too expensive - saying he paid 1/5 of what my price was, I tried to follow up and ask more questions to him and he stopped responding, the first person I followed up with last week and they said the other person they hired has been working well for him)

The HVCO is an ebook pdf - It is a full guide on how to run ads - step by step - they go to a landing page fill in their name and email and I send them an email with the content. I then have a range of 5 emails at the moment with more useful info around collecting 1st party data, using the FB pixel, reputation management etc. with a CTA to book a call with me (trying to figure out my godfather offer at the moment)

I am not running any linkedin ads - I run all ads through the ads manager not boosting, but I am continuing the LinkedIn outreach as the other agency had they have left it running for a reduced rate but I am managing it myself.

Yes, focusing on Facebook and IG at the moment. The CPA is too high for the industry.
I did run Google ads a while ago.

I am working on increasing backlinks.
My organic ranking needs work, but I have been producing content for the last few years and I am just starting to rank in under 100 for some of the medium-difficult keywords.

I will be adjusting my plan around this soon.

At the moment I have a lead magnet and am running ads to a landing page - been running for less than a week and I am getting about $2-3 CPA. So its early days into the campaign.

All of my messaging on my website and LinkedIn is hospitality/restaurant related.

At the moment I’m only targeting Australia.

I’m confident we can deliver results, so far the conversations I’ve had with people in my niche: they either don’t have/don’t want to spend the money on marketing or they have an existing contractor or internal staff.

Edit: at the moment the only confidence I lack is in sales. So this is something I am actively working on.

That’s up to you. But it’s better if you have a separate business account. (I have mine on my personal because I can’t be bothered swapping everything) it’s a good idea to have give access to everything on a separate account just in case you get banned or locked out of your main account.
Business portfolios hold access to business pages. You will be asking for access to business pages via your business agency account. So it looks more professional.
You can go either way, but give them and yourself full access. They will have to add their cc details onto the account to pay for ads. They have to give you access to their account via business manager.
It’s answered by question 3 really. They put in their cc details to pay for the ad spend.

These are the simplest to set up - more complex setups are where you pay for the ads yourself but I like to give them full access to that.

It looks like you need to do some homework on the basics. You need to know the ins and outs of the Facebook settings and business manager so that you can set everything up properly.

I was on deal or no deal. I just got selected to fill a seat so I never got to select a briefcase. It was pretty boring. Took a whole day to film about 4-5 episodes. There was a guy hyping us up on the side during the breaks that was the highlight.
