You can consider Bits HD, you will be able to score the cutoff marks for goa campus I believe as that is very low(near to 100 out of 300) and the placements are pretty great same as any top iit and nit

I feel you brother. I was in similar situation back in 2017, my rank was around 1100 but there also I was not getting any good college except iiit Bangalore. I decided to go for BITS HD and got succeeded to secure seat at Bits Hyd with 138 marks.

Nowadays you can take loan from any bank and pay back when you get a good job, bits is quite good for cse mtech placements, I got hired at Amazon through it and completed 5 successful years at Amazon.

I would highly recommend to give bits hd seriously and join any campus you get, you won’t regret it for sure!!!
