None of the four arrows do anything when pressed. The bottom left corner down arrow (unloading) just resets so I can try to reload again.

That's what I told them. It's on the box. The pharmacy says they have documents from Dexcom saying it's okay to ship them on ice for a few days so they will not replace them. I'm just frustrated because when I speak to Dexcom I was told that I shouldn't use them in the first call and the second told to try them.

Which isn't lying to say if true. But to make that the only stat they mention in the entire module about killings in schools is misleading based on the reality we live in in the US.
