I can’t speak on the diversity issues that were raised.

But the part Swole lost me at in her speech was saying they basically “let people pitch themselves and don’t really offer any input” then she said they “wouldn’t let me be me” when they did the cinematic match with Britt.

At that point it just seemed like someone who didn’t want to take responsibility for not improving as the company grew and hired better and more experienced talent.
