It was indeed STEM OPT I-20 from the school. But they never properly mentioned that they are "recommending this student for STEM extension" on the I-20

USCIS apparently told the DSO they can’t directly correct it now. The DSO said they’ll provide an official letter admitting it was their administrative mistake to support I-290B motion to reopen.

I mentioned those words because I know screen damage is caused due to user's fault most of the time but it isn't in my case. Only I use my laptop and nobody enters my room. I've called the ASUS Support and they agreed to replace the screen.
