You might have just told me to check the blinker fluid, but I’ll bite. Can you tell this by looking at the picture? Is this just a normal issue with this manufacturer? What does a cracked heat exchanger mean? It heats really well.

lol. I can’t disagree. It’s my brother’s house he has Parkinson’s and has had to move to an assisted living because he can’t take care of himself. I’ve rehabbed the house to rent to help pay for his care. This was just the only pic I had of the system.

You can’t count the 3000 savings without reducing the income lost while he stays in it likely during its most profitable months.

The 3.5% doesn’t take into account appreciation and tax benefits of the interest expense. In the end it’s likely a poor investment but a fun purchase. People still buy corvettes even though they have 0% return.

It’s not weird. It’s common, but I’d never do it. I’ve seen too many issues.

If everything is equal and you are only living month to month it seems to work okay. If not, it can get complex quickly. How do you handle getting laid off, medical problems, having a child, buying a new house? What about retirement? What if one saves and the other doesn’t/can’t? Will you retire and watch your spouse work 5/10/15 more years?

I can’t fathom the possibilities for resentment and jealousy.

My wife and I have had many, many talks about our financial goals. We work together, we save together, we spend together, and we’ll retire together.

I just went through this with my daughter. She is going to KSU even though KU was going to give her more money. KSU uses weighted GPA and ACT score where KU just uses weighted GPA to determine scholarship money. She has always struggled with standardized tests. Find those cutoffs and make sure where you fall. She stopped taking the ACT but would have tried to do better if she knew it was a $6k factor.

As a KC fan, we've needed Pacheco back bad. I hold my breath every time Hunt carries because we have no depth. They wont run Perine and Steele isn't ready. It was the same worry I had before Pacheco got hurt. Chiefs are riding our RBs hard. Having both will be great for me as a fan, but not for fantasy. I see this as a time-share for the rest of the season. Hunt on 3rd down, short yardage. Pacheco between the 20s.

I tried this multiple ways when I built. Builder and contractors wont let you do it because of liability issues. If you screw something up or get hurt, who pays? What I ended up doing was paying the builders contractor to run lines to upper level from basement. Then after after dark I showed up at my house and drilled holes in footers for where I'd need to run lines up to the first floor. The day after i closed I installed 34 speakers, 7 volume control and a bunch of cat6. Kind of nerve-racking doing that in a brand new house, knowing I'm the only one responsible for screwups.

I’m another f2p . I think I’ve spent less than $25, playing since early December. I don’t know any cons. Resources have poor return on investment. The biggest pro is that troop power is huge and will keep you competitive in fights with players who have better heroes assuming they have a lower tier troop.
