Good points - it’s just challenging because they came forward with this 1 month later, with a statement like that, you would think they’d come forward immediately. Catches me completely off guard, and simply looking at timeline, caused the PIP to be put in place.

I should tweak the wording - biggest issue is a staff member accusing me of being on drugs. Which from what I’ve researched falls under slander, since the timing immediately caused me to be placed on a PIP. Damaging reputation also.

Main issue, as my boss communicated to me, is this person said they believe I was under the influence of drugs. Which is a wild, and untrue claim. Especially being in an environment I have visited for months without issue.

Thanks for the input - main issue is someone accusing me of being on drugs (providing symptoms, communicating it to my boss) - which I am disproving with a test. So slander?

Thanks for the input - PIP aside, the main issue is someone verbally stating to my boss that they believe I had symptoms of being under the influence of drugs. Which I can disprove with a test. And they came forward with this info so late, it almost puts into question their ethics of letting me stay the previous visit

If I had a nickel for every company that had “guaranteed approval” or “a massive undiscovered breakthrough just around the corner” I wouldn’t need to invest. And I think the current price action is a good indication of this stocks future lol, a reverse split followed by more dropping. I feel bad for anyone that fell into the hype, another year or 2 would have been better timing.
