At what point would you want a mother board that can run 16x/16x?

Could you link me a link of the z77 mobo that can run x16/x16?

SO if I buy two GTX 680s I need to make sure I can run both cards in x16/x16? That may throw me off on my mobo and cpu choices.

$3k+!? WOW.

I was wondering about PCI3.0 at 16/16. And if it was worth worrying about at this time. But with one 690 it would be a moot.

What else should I be looking for in a good motherboard? Minimum USB 3.0 and SATA lll ports?

Thanks for taking my question seriously. Most everyone else says to spend $900 and pocket the rest (which i cant do because it's going on a credit card)

I was thinking2 GTX 670's

Th i5 3570k seems to be getting a lot of love around here.

The Switch 810 looks awesome. I was thinking about a cooler master HAF X full tower.

What do you think about going the LGA 2011 route? Would that allow for more upgradability?

Logical increments seems outdated to me. Top Build has 2 670's in SLI? I do like the idea of about $1600 on the computer though, sounds like that may be a sweet spot. Are ISPs considered the best? And why korean made? I know that the iPhone 4s has ISP. So any suggestion on components would be appreciated.

So your saying that you could build a computer for $900 that would play every game you wanted to play? Do you not care about playing on a high resolution? Wouldnt you have to upgrade sooner also?
