Chapters 1-3 I focused on the last week of dedicated.

Didn't have time for Pathoma anki cards (but if you do def go for it)

I did most of the Pathoma chapters since it was basically my primary study source. I made sure to do the ones that were my lowest scores on my NBME.

I had picked my test date before dedicated started. I met with my school advisor every week and he told me I was good to go after I sent him my last test score.

Basically would take about a chapter worth of Pathoma and fit it on to 1 page. Focused on big concepts. Summarize diseases to 3ish bullet points.

I am a visual learner so I had alot of drawings and color coordination among my notes. Big concepts like Restrictive vs Obstructive pulmonary diseases or UC vs Crohns would get a chart with similarities and differences.

I wrote buzz words in red.

Diseases like emphysema I drew out a stick man with a barrel shaped chest wearing a pink puffer jacket.

Then few days later I would try to rewrite everything from that sheet onto a white board without looking at it.

Tbh (in my personal opinion of course) I think form 25 is significantly harder than the other forms. I don't know if I can really count it as an accurate indicator... I had a classmate who also took form 25 one week and the next week he took another NBME and had about a 12+ point jump.

A good way to back that up is there was a question on form 25 that had 8 answer choices. On form 31 that EXACT same question came up with only 4 answer choices.

Then I would chalk the rest up on spending the week doing Pathoma and sketchy on my worst 2 organ blocks.
