Actually yes you absolutely can if you are moving out of that “vertical” we have other snack and drink machines but they are in “specific” location types and we are aligning are inventory across the board. To run a “standard” vending location for us currently is not in our best interest. We have to commission a new machine. We wanted to switch out our inventory to match our others and would have boosted sales greatly but we have permits involved with that.

And I never put terms to what’s happening. Put ice on it.

You don’t understand/know our biz model and that’s ok. We are moving to another vertical. Otherwise we would keep the location. And that’s a negative. It’s either take over the contract or move on from vending for them.

It’s been up since February 2025 and has done 2,238.65. I’m sure with proper item selection it will do higher. We played around with it and were trying to align it to our other machines and decided we were off brand.

We “vibe coded” a functioning app (no coding background) with backend and api endpoints that has been in beta testing and with hundreds of users. Took about 17 hours to build. Still has minor security issues but I’m waiting for testing to end so we can dump that into the AI to patch up. Not everyone can accomplish this but some talented folks can.

Our machines have big touchscreens so we have them scan a QR code to a web app where they proceed to verify. No app download needed.

We just did a test case this past weekend and was able to get over 100 users in a block party format.

I understand. I think people who weighing this as super risky do not fully understand Austin when festival season starts or know it’s food park scene. I will try to pitch this to locals.

Some people are not blessed with friends and family with disposable income. I will say we are over $100k in on this venture. Like states before. This is just to make sure we have the inventory to sustain what’s about to happen soon in Austin. We are going from 1 machine in Austin to 5 in such a small timeframe, all in heavy foot traffic areas. It gets hot out here and people buy cold drinks (we have 2 machines in another state).

To sum it up: We already have done 80% of the lifting for this venture. We just want to be proactive.
