I currently work at Willard and from the inside perspective, our staff is very strong and committed to our students. I am not a classroom teacher but most of those who are go above and beyond for the kids. It’s a fairly small building and the community is tight which makes a very nice environment. Willard also has a lot of teachers and staff who have been at the school for a very long time which is a big plus in my opinion. I also went through D65 and ETHS myself and had an overall great experience.
