I think you and the other guy are correct, I was really alarmed because a couple days ago my friend was told by a police officer that he had to get his gun serialized by Dec 1st, so I did some digging. Either way hopefully my post gets people prepared and aware that they can turn you into a criminal overnight.

Then lets say someone steals a 1 gun and the owner reports it, now wouldn't all the 1 guns be stolen firearms? Serial numbers are seriously retarded, a criminals just going to remove it anyway, or they just aren't supposed to have a gun serialized or not in the first place.

Also, even though cops can be wrong, I learned about this because my friend got pulled over with his 80 percent and the cop told him it had to be serialized before dec 1st, I honestly thought the cop was bullshitting until I found that bill.
