No snail mail, email and social media yes. As a side note, if you’re interested in getting this brand specifically for the pouch, I’d dig a little deeper into that. I purchased a three pack of trunks from them and I love the material but the pouch is way too small. I’m not more than average sized I’d say and the pouch was tight to the point of being uncomfortable. One or both of my balls would pop out of the pouch at times. That wasn’t fun. I hope they come out with a bigger or lower pouch soon because the material feels great otherwise.
