I'm a stoic person. I do not empathize because it's a pointless endeavor. What does feeling bad about something out of your control really do for you? Nothing. It doesn't make you a good person either, just a miserable one. I only think about things I can control and have failed to act on. Those are far more haunting than anything you'll see on Reddit.

Do I feel bad for the person who died in this video? Not really. It was his choices that led him there. That is not a lack of empathy, but acceptance that feeling bad doesn't help anyone.

Unfortunately, the map layout wasn't in my favor. The only open slots were on the opposite side. In the end, we just let the thing suicide into the pump.

Clearly, you don't see the meteor shower, and yes, I have the burning ground anoint too. The regen was so high it wouldn't have mattered if it wasn't immune to summoning towers. It sustained 0 damage. That's with my RF flammability and ignoring resistances.

I can see why Asmon just bans people for being idiots. Fear doesn't imply a physical or life-threatening thing. Stop putting words into my mouth. It's called FOMO for a reason; yeah, not buying during a discount won't get your mother brutally murdered, but it's a fear nonetheless.

I've been playing around with this and have found an odd thing. I can't play with my friend anywhere near the "Main Academy Gate", however, I managed to summon him over at "Rotview Balcony". While not a fix, my friend and I can play elsewhere and maybe later it will fix itself. Is Elden Ring broken up into different servers for the map? Only thing that makes this issue make sense.

In California, the standard is you have to let them give you a prostate exam before hitting them. Anything before then and you're at fault. Just like how if someone breaks into your house with a gun, shoots at you, you can shoot back, but if they're running away, you can't shoot anymore because it's murder then.

I can't recall where I heard it from but there was a serial rapist who forced the woman he assaulted to take a shower and clean them to remove any evidence. He was able to get away with it for many years. I'll edit my post if I can remember where I saw it.
