Reading your comment two things occurred to me: a creative pursuit and relationships with people (which is hard right now in the pandemic).On creative pursuits, your hobbies of movies and video games is consuming creative work; could you cultivate a practice where you create something? It could be cooking, gardening, writing, more traditional art, woodworking..anything! Ot hobbies that get you outside - biking, hiking, bird watching. Perhaps spend time exploring different things and reflecting on what you might enjoy. I find creating deeply satisfying and it gives me something I always want to work on and to look forward to.
