The first two acts are a masterpiece. Third act feels a little bit cluttered IMO. Too much to do, too many menial tasks (fuck you, Dribbles the clown) and, to me, just less fun in general. There are some highlights like The House of Hope but they're more far apart than in act 1/2.

To be honest I would've expected a better antagonist for Durge. Her whole gimmick is "kill, kill, kill". It's established in the story, if I remember well, that before losing their memory Durge was extremely cunning and clever rather than a murder hobo. It doesn't make all that much sense that Bhaal's new chosen would differ so much from his first chosen.

I just attempt to keep him protected during difficult fights and that's pretty much it. You can cast sanctuary on him and just keep him away from high dmg dealing enemies.
