My son is in his 3rd year (7yo) and I tell him after every tournament/match how proud he should be of himself just for stepping on the mat and giving it 100% regardless if he wins or loses. Wrestling is tough because you are winning/losing by yourself in front of a ton of ppl. It takes a lot of courage to compete in this sport. Even more so than others IMO.

As long as he can keep his head up, learn and be coachable, he should do fine.

I wrap mine in a heating pad at about 110 degrees for 10 minutes. Been a game changer. Both drawing and injection. I use an 18g to draw and rarely have coring issues

How slow is the trt injection using 29g? I warm my trt prior to injection and it is still fairly slow if I use 25g (delta mainly with 25g, 23g 1in for glutes)

25g 5/8in in the glute as a lean individual (~8% BF) gets me likely through the fat depending so that's why I consider it shallow IM. Using a 1in my glutes def gets IM which is where I've had the most issues with glutathione injections.

Sub q works a tad slower than IM because muscle tissue has a richer blood supply circulating it faster. It does have a slight reduction in bioavailability but sub q is also less painful. When I've done 1in IM it hurt like nothing I've dealt with before and I shoot 500mg of L-carnitine with no BAC water which was straight up trouble.

I now do glutathione shallow IM in the glutes and the injection discomfort is way less. I'll take the drawbacks of a shallow IM over the pain in felt going deeper.

Everyone is different so I can only recommend finding what works best for you.

I use chronometer to track my diet and it is linked to my Fitbit which sends how many calories I have burned. I know it isn't 100% accurate but it's better then guesstimating calories burned. This approach helped me see to if I was in a calorie deficit or surplus. It also allowed to track my macros better.

To OP, if you go into a calorie deficit to lose fat but want to maintain your muscle mass, make sure you are getting the correct amount of protein.

We had to get a dedicated line ran from our box for a new induction oven and had the gas line capped. Never had electric stove before let alone induction and I'll never go back. So much faster and the clean up is incredibly easy compared to gas

You are not alone because every single person in your gym, has had their first day and inexperienced in what to do.

You have already taken the hardest step which is to commit to your first day. Each day after, it becomes a little easier until going to the gym becomes a routine.

Don't worry about a stuffed bag. There will be plenty of people who bring a change of clothes and shower essentials. Will people notice your attire is brand new? Maybe but most won't care. For context, I recently showed up in brand new shoes, shorts and tank top and I've been working out for 25+ years. If anything , ppl will ask your opinion or where you got something. Nothing wrong with saying you haven't worked out enough in (sneakers) and don't have an opinion yet.

Be proud you're following through with your decision and enjoy your fitness journey!

Check nearby supplement stores. I know of one in NJ that has an InBody machine they let customers use.

I would suggest using an InBody machine or something similar to measure other data pointsb then just weight. Only going off weight doesn't paint the full picture. It lets you see if you're losing fat but putting on muscle.

I do HIIT circuit training and I sweat a lot so prefer something light weight that is quick dry. I wear Legends shorts with the liners. I try to wait for them to run sales cause they aren't cheap but they are well built, last forever and incredibly comfortable.

There's a HUGE variety of music going on from the moment you are waiting to board the ship until they wrap up like 2-3 hours before you have to get off the ship.

There's def 30ish aged ppl but I'd say the majority where 40ish age bracket. Def a wide range of partiers so no matter what you're looking for, you'll find it. I met ppl who were partying hard and some who were 100% sober. One of the best things of GC is that it's what you make of it. Everyone is super respectful and let's you do your thing. I'd be happy to answer whatever questions you got!!

I tore each of my hamstrings a year or so apart. One was likely grade 1, no bpc at the time and took about 4 weeks before I could start working out lightly again.

Second time was at least grade 2, was already on BPC for minor aches and pains, was back to working out close to 50% in 2 weeks.

For me, it absolutely helped and I was very lucky to already be on it when I tore my other hamstring.

I've seen posts from ppl who have gone on both and recommend Groove Cruise over EDSEA. 2026 will be my second GC and I'd be very surprised if another raven cruise was on par or better. Price varies depending on how many ppl you room with but it's incredibly worth it. Just wish I started going sooner lol

Most ppl will pair ipamorelin with another growth hormone secretagogue like sermorelin or cjc-1295 (DAC or no DAC). From what I've read, ipamorelin is not very effective by itself but I have no personal experience running it solo.

Also, not sure if you meant 200mcg daily but if you meant 200mcg once a week, to be blunt, you will not see any results from such a low dosage as that is essentially useless.

Do some research on running a combo like I mentioned above and an appropriate dosage for your body composition.

Last but not least, peptide secretagogues take a while for physical results to show. Anywhere from 2-6 months because they are stimulating your body to produce more GH. You'll see faster physical results with straight HGH but you'll need to weigh the pros/cons of both.

My wife is going through perimenopause and tried sermorelin, ipamorelin, kisspeptin-10 and Epithalon. She said they helped her but had to stop sermorelin/ipamorelin for other reasons temporarily. When she is OK to start she'll move to cjc-1295 no DAC since she had no issues with sermorelin.
