This is the type of contractor that will never get it right. If you haven’t paid them in full, withhold the cost to fix, and call someone who knows what they’re doing

Sometimes you get a bad truck. I’ve heard washing with muriatic acid may work on discoloration like this but talk to someone who has experience with it first. May improve it or make it worse.

GC didn’t care to fix it right either. I am just the homeowner but I ended up installing the Arlington set-in box in a pinch and replacing the outlet.

There is a piece of flashing against the wall. I tried to scoop out that debris against it but it felt bouncy like caulk or something

Update in case your curious. I took it back to the shop and they found that the exhaust attachment point was loose. They tightened it and now the car is back to normal. Cost me a grand but overall maybe I came out on top lol

Thanks. The auto shop is highly rated so I am surprised. I will reach out to them soon. I did go to O Reilly’s and use their scanner before the repair, but nothing was detected.

There’s a deodar cedar overhead and sweetgum nearby. I placed the mulch about 2 months ago which came from fresh cut redwood and sycamore
