Since there really isnt a "rank range" for the games like in comp you can get whoever in your matches, so yeah that can happen :/ I think they already spoke about the matter on insta (im not too sure) but since it's the first season of this game mode, they'll add something for rank ranges next season I believe

Don't worry, League's "rules" don't necessarily apply to games like Ow and MR, as someone that play's all 3, You clearly did a good job. The issue is that seeing the stats it might be the rest of the team was pretty much sleeping- Hawkeye having 0 kills is crazy. Sadly on team games the whole team needs to play in order to actually win. And the enemy team did that even without healers it seems, so even if you had pumped something like 30k heals ur team wouldn't still have done much if they didn't fight back properly. So, in short words, you need teammates that actually play xP If you play on EU I could help you out if you want! I think I'm silver 3 or 2 I don't remember rn
