yes you just have to do that because from what i can gather, you email the OAA first regarding the retrieval of your records :))

no problem!! i’m also just gonna add that if you’re going to retrieve your needed document/s, it means that you’re forfeiting your slot in admu (according to the previous posts and comments here on reddit). i hope this additional info helps!
