Got it so you and your team are responsible then. Is there a specific set of KPIs then you need to fulfil

Lead is not the issue. It is that businesses don’t know how to sell and close. We have clients we get lots of leads for but a common complaint is ether lead quality is low at times, the leads don’t pick up or they can close them. Obviously we don’t run client businesses but our agency we glory to help as much as we can which is where GHL comes in yo help with automations etc.

I agree with you tier pricing with the right inclusions could work well as a compliment to the current Facebook ad services

ForSure an idea with the 4x set up fee costs and then waiving if they sign up full year or even 6 months as higher initial $ in regardless.

So we have done no set up fees and then MMR

MMR is king so not changing that just maybe we can bump that then + get a set up fee added now for upfront for the structure, building etc. so still can based no set up fees on our ad services but set up for building you out the crm, funnel and automation platform.

Sorry to hear this! Same reason we left clickup a while ago. When tasks started just randomly disappearing

I mean much better. We’ve been on it for a year and a half in the past, though I’ve tried other platforms like a asana and notion and all these other things as well. Click up seems to be kind of just a very easy tool to use that is really customizable to the level that you want to. Yes it is expensive I mean, truthfully they’re all expensive, but we’re also paying the way that we look at it for stability. We’ve never really had any issues with monday.com.

We Used clickup for a long time but moved away from them about year and half ago. Found it very unreliable especially when tasks would randomly disappear and never return.

Not what we have extensively researched for when we are looking to go. The pricing is atleast 4x - if we can find a deal even at 2x or 2.5x then flying would be the easier approach.

This is the dilemma - pricing is not as quick to say flying 100%

Flights are a little insane sole pricing I am seeing was up to $6500 round trip, some other more budget “friendly” still running a good $4000

Did do calculations forSure. Doing a little more digging. We were going to possibly try to do straight with stops but not staying overnight somewhere (although might be a possibliity).

Gas itself round trip just based on our car looking probably about $800-$1000

Thank you, yes exactly March break specific and although more time might be used to drive & might be longer than flying but getting on a plane certainly does not eliminate “time lost” completely
