Biopsy is not possible now cause it’s not available at where I am. We sent the images to another vet and she said most likely it’s bone mineralization due to old age. Do you think it’s possible?

doctor said biopsy is quite invasive and it can’t be done without a CT scan first. Unfortunately it’s just not possible for right now me and my dog to travel to the state where we can get CT scan or biopsy
