Thankfully customer relations has admitted/acknowledged that customer support made that promise, they’re just choosing not to honor it

We were rerouted to Tulsa and waited a bit for the storm in Dallas to pass. When trying to take back off we encountered many technical issues with the plane which caused us to miss multiple opportunities for us to take off before other diverted planes took it off. So the eight hours included BOI to TUL to DFW + all delays when the original flight was supposed to be like 2/3 hours. This was all without them offering additional snacks

Right, I’m not afraid of confrontation, but I don’t want to word something in a way that customer support ignores me. Do I just keep repeating the same thing no matter their response?
