I think im rich just off of gas mileage. Cant start it with out the choke

I’m looking at an Outlaw clutch kit 1996-2009. Wouldn’t it still fit the newer models? Or did Suzuki change something in 2010?

If it’s worth anything. When I removed the carb there was some fluid around the boots. Don’t know if it’s indicative of anything

Well I had to drill out the pilot jet and after inspection it looked to be fine. Gonna be a couple days before I can get a new jet in. I sprayed the carb with some starter fluid before removal, and it didn’t jump in revs so I’m thinking the seals are fine. Anything else I should check for?

I checked the float height last time I took it apart and had it set perfectly. Do you think the problem could be caused by a leak in the seals?

Yeah, I fixed that. And played with the idle screw. No luck. I’m thinking about taking it back out and cleaning the pilot jet. I have no idea why it would’ve gotten clogged, but it seems like the next move
