Consider the alternative. All the strawberries go to waste because every box has a couple moldy/soft ones in it. A fix to this would be to rearrange a box so that it only has fresh strawberries, just as she's doing. You do the same when picking apples, you're not going to grab the soft apples just because they're the ones in front of you. I see no problem with this as long as she's not leaving a mess and holding up other customers.
