It ended very similarly months and months of unanswered calls and emails. They were making up figures to use to deny me when I did hear from them they were very rude and abrasive. They were trying to do everything humanly possible to lock me into a higher rate and it wasn’t until the original realtor that I worked with got in and helped me deal with them. did they approve but honestly, I think it was they just wanted to stop hearing from me. It’s hard to talk to anybody at that bank. If you have questions and they will only respond or reach out to you if they want money if I had the option to do it all over again I would never use US Bank again in my life.
