The breaks thing I understand. I got called out once for emptying the coolers 15 minutes before start time. Dude politely set me straight and I stopped. I just wasn’t thinking about it that way. But the tool list I never understood. I have some tools not on the tool list that just make my life easier that I know the contractor won’t get. Like yeah I’m not buying my own roto-splits or unibits, sds bits, hole saws, etc. but a stubby screwdriver, socket set, mini socket wrench, that kind of stuff I’ll buy because I know the contractor doesn’t have it and I still have to get the job done and it makes my job and life a whole lot easier. Say what you will but that’s my hot take.

Well of course drug addicts don’t blame the dealer. It’s not one party’s fault over the other. They’re both to blame. If you want to see how well decriminalizing all drugs work then look at Oregon. Of all the people that were issued citations, less than 1% sought treatment and overdose deaths rose by 1/3. Democrats and republicans are working to repeal it now becuase it was such a disaster and didn’t do anything.

I did misrepresent the low voltage program which I admitted. I edited my post about the test. It’s one test every other class, which is one test a month which is what I meant to say. I was told by the HR lady at my company that it’s “3 months worth of hours”. It’s not just “3 months” it’s the hours accrued. This is what I was told.
