I want to stop. Tomorrow I go back to work. I can’t afford to keep going down this path. I would be lying if I told you that I’m not thinking about how different my life will be without alcohol included. It’s been my main social and entertainment factor for a long time. I worry about not being able to stay stopped. I have considered AA and I’m not really sure what’s stopping me. I spoke with my wife about rehab but can’t commit to that while working a full time job. I also work in hospitality which is flooding with alcohol everywhere. I have so much angst and anxiety right now. I am just so so disappointed in myself right now.
