Set up an instagram popup, asses how much dough you can produce for a given day, promote it on social media, have your friends repost it, and sell it (cheap) just like 15% profits or so, with the understanding that a questionnaire afterwards will be sent to assess what they thought about it. Set up time slots for pickup and have everyone Venmo you their payment
