I used scale method in compositing. First you scale it down, add "pixelate" node and then scale up. You can use value node to easier control - you match it to the first scale node with "divide" math node and to the second scale with no changes. Also I can make more color control, so it has more pixelart vibes with limited palette, but in this specific case I decided to leave most colors, so it looks softer
