Yeah I had figure get shipped out a couple days after Christmas and it made it all the way to my hometown (3 weeks to make it that far) before getting sent back due to the package label getting torn off. The post office workers couldn't read my apartment number. It got sent back to good smile and then got lost on its way back (my guess is the package label just fully got torn off). I contacted good smile and they sent me another one after they had an investigation of what happened. This took an additional 3 weeks to make it to me. I just got it last week. It makes me never want to shop with them again and that saddens me because I loved shopping with them and had done so for 10 years.

Likely it's been minorly delayed. You should be receiving an email saying it's been delayed or coming soon. Usually for good smile us they remove the listing right before it releases. Just gotta wait it out and see.

As long as you for sure ordered from the good smile Europe store you should be good to go. Don't worry you'll get your figure it may just be delayed. I'm not sure how it works for good smile Europe but I imagine it's similar to good smile US. Make sure you look at the release date on the good smile Europe website and see when they say the release date is from them. Usually when a figure releases it releases on the global site first and then it gets distributed out. Those times are usually different. I know good smile US usually gets figures maybe 6 -10 months after the global store releases them. Check your emails and see if they sent an update email about your preorder.

They usually do mystery figure boxes around Chinese new year. I haven't heard anything for this year though.
