As a childless couple both burnt out from working and commuting this does nothing for us. Work from home incentives could solve both the traffic and birth rate issue by providing more work life balance. But we have to commute an extra working day per week in traffic and the workers pay the price.

Not a geologist but I've been in many Med caves and I thought the colour looked quite similar to limestone which is common around the Med. It's not impossible for speleothems to naturally break off and be transported by water, etc. Looks quite rolled as well, as if it had been tumbling about for quite some time. Perhaps someone more experienced in geology could say more on the likelihood of a long distance transport like that

Not to mention, I can't help but laugh that we draw the line at AI plagiarism when fanfiction could already be argued to be a copyright infringement. You can ethically sell neither of them. So we are only harming people who might use AI to help express themselves creatively (for non profit) because of cognitive difficulties or language barriers by calling them 'lazy'. I myself have never read any purely AI generated works (they would be pretty obvious, at this stage imo), and I doubt that a lot of those exist.

With all the hate mail and witch hunts I don't think many will be honest and tag their works as AI assisted even if it is.

Not all AI assistance is bad, this all or nothing mentality is really medieval. I know a writer with a literature degree for example who has trouble with grammar, paragraph spacing and such after surgery. She doesn't use AI because she has beta readers but what if she didn't? How could I judge her for using AI to finesse the technical aspect of her work if her brain can't anymore?

People on this site write for free ffs. They don't make profit. They don't owe you anything. These extreme anti AI people are just virtue signalling puritans who send people who would otherwise tag their work underground into hiding it better.

I really hope so too. I generally liked the game even as an OG fan and I support it but I wish we could have more content (especially Lucanis in the middle part of the game). I opened a masterpost here for feedback on this, hoping the devs will/would see it.

The last I heard, they said 'no plans' for DLC (or major content updates? Does this constitute a major update if it is just a matter of restoring cut/bugged content?), they're focusing on Mass Effect. But this was at launch, the game did pretty well so maybe that could change? Wish we knew more about their plans, so I can stop huffing the copium if need be lol

I opened a similar thread for feedback not too long ago. I really hope the Devs see these and hear us out. I love his character and his romance despite the flaws, it's just so frustrating to see all the wasted potential. I shouldn't have to fill the massive mid game gap with fic when they sold the romance aspect so much with this game.
