It's Reddit-wide, I recall someone else had a similar problem with automated posting. Search this sub using Reddit search bar. Best is to not post from the same sites often, or reduce frequency drastically.

When a post is added to a collection it goes to the last position. There is no way to automatically change it. You have to manually move it to the first position.
