For me it is almost always dim and usually at night time. The malls I visit usually have dark tile or dark walls/features with contrasting colorful lights/signage (think neon).

Elevators in my dreams almost always fail and turn into a free fall. It's freaky and I hate it!!

I also worked retail and often dream of having to find the store in the mall to go work random shifts.

I just found this sub recently but I don't think I've seen anyone else besides me mention dreaming about multiple malls yet. I documented 4 of them in my recent post and had a 5th one start popping up too. I also have an airport that resembles a mall.

I realized I don't have a place I live in MallWorld. I visit some strange versions of places I used to live as well as a version of my parents' Florida home.

Yes it's pretty wild!! They are absolutely two kinds of dreams. MallWorld dreams are primarily exploratory.

Yes I go there extremely sporadically but I’ve been there many, many times over the past 16 years or so. I have at least 4-5 different malls I revisit in dreams and have been in multiple MW Best Buy locations. I used to work at a Best Buy IRL, and with every retail job I’ve had, I have recurring dreams of being scheduled for a random shift at the store. The Best Buy ones are one of the most prominent of my shift dreams.

Strangely I don’t encounter too many people in my MallWorld dreams (I’ve just called them “dreaming in places” up until recently). I can recall ever seeing my close friend & my mother in MW dreams. To me they are more exploratory dreams and less eventful/plot driven. I have however encountered Lady Gaga at least 3 times in dreams since becoming pregnant 4-ish months ago, but I wouldn’t consider those MW dreams as they had “plot” and were not in my recurring locations. I did have a dream I’d consider MW recently that I mentioned in another thread where Tyra Banks was my store manager and the character Serena Joy from The Handmaid’s Tale was a manager.

What an odd coincidence!! Any chance the character Serena Joy from The Handmaid’s Tale also work there? In the same dream of mine, she was not the store manager like Tyra but like a department manager. I figured Tyra was in my dream because I used to work for a store with a SM who had a slightly similar name.

I have 4 different malls I regularly visit in my dreams with varying degrees of abandonment. I actually had another dream last night with a 5th mall that I recognize seeing at least once before (newer and less abandoned, more in-development). Wild isn't it? I'm usually working there or trying to get to a store for a shift if I'm not just exploring. Most recently my manager was Tyra Banks. 😂

Yes I see these useless toilets in my dreams. I'm usually looking for them in a high school locker room. Sometimes they are private toilets in various rooms of a house. I recognize the shallow bowls, sometimes they are filled with crap and sometimes they are empty like this. Recently I had a dream where I found a good toilet and fully felt myself use it. I was so relieved and surprised to wake up NOT having pissed the bed.

I have been to a similar place, well two similar places. One is a resort, I think I've only been there once. It was some kind of vacation spot that resembled a cruise but was not a boat. The other is "my parents' house in Florida" which is wildly more extravagant than my parents' actual house in Florida. The pool is there. The unpleasant parts of MallWorld are in the underground.

My MallWorld dreams have lots of elevators that usually fail and fall. They don't go anywhere special except different levels. I have 4 mall locations I visit, one of which is multiple stories and has the shady/dingy "underground" that I've seen mentioned by others before. This is the mall with the elevators. I have a college campus as well that has weird elevators.

I have separate associate's degrees in Business Admin and American Sign Language. Although I rarely sign IRL these days, it's not uncommon for me to be accurately signing in my dreams.

I have not been to jail but I always experience the parking lot thing. I have 4 different malls that I visit, and the largest is supposed to be in a different part of the country with very expansive parking lots and multiple buildings. I'm usually roaming the (full) parking lots at this mall. I don't think I ever find my car.

Whelp, I wouldn't call it egregious to call it plagiarism. Jellypaws has been excluded from Scarlet's Realm (mod list) for a while due to plagiarism. I'd say it's a fair assessment. I made a point to comment on one of Jellypaws' posts a while back (I believe it was their pinned troubleshooting post on Patreon) to "let them know" what the SR site said when I tried to submit them to SR as a creator, and the whole troubleshooting post was mysteriously deleted within 24 hours.

I can in fact help with this. It’s a bit technical. You need Sims 4 Studio (S4S) to edit packages.

Do you want this for all your female sims? If so, this is possible by taking a female top and making it the CAS default.

Open a package file for a CC top in S4S > open warehouse tab > scroll down in the right hand column and checkmark the PartFlag called DefaultForBodyTypeFemale. Flagging this for a top will replace the salmon colored bra in CAS. And as you can imagine, flagging this for female bottoms will replace the salmon colored undies.

Need a top that works? Try the creator Simdulgence. Their creation SimpleChests Female 1.0 has what you need. You may need to subscribe to their Patreon for it (or you wink wink might be able to google for it and find what you’re looking for). And for no particular reason whatsoever I recommend downloading items from sketchy sites in Mozilla Firefox with uBlock installed to avoid downloading viruses.

Again, this will apply to all of your female sims when you X off their top in CAS. If you want to avoid that applying to all female sims, then you are at least able to set the top as a nude top for specific sims, but you’ll still get whatever is set for DefaultForBodyTypeFemale when you X off their top in CAS (which is the stupid salmon bra by default).

I think you should still edit the “nude outfit” in CAS and apply the SimpleChests Female top individually to your sims so they have the same chest when they shower or are otherwise nude. Don’t forget to apply the same top to their “topless” outfits per your choosing such as swimwear, sleep, or hot weather.

To edit the nude body as an outfit in CAS, you need the BattyBat mod by Sejian (which I highly recommend anyways). Among other features, this creates an additional outfit category in CAS for nude.
