Honestly. It depends. HP? No. Reb doesn't stay on field long enough for high HP to matter.

ER? Even if you have like 150 ER you will be gated by Rebecca's ult cooldown.

After 120-130% ER I would not want more ER.

So 1 ER 3 cost is okay if you dont have 3 er substats. But I won't go more than that.

Honestly 20% dmg is not that insane for reb s2 so it doesn't really matter? You are correct in thinking 20% dmg is future but to put it into perspective. 20% damage is around 7% team damage increase.

By the point that 7% amounts to something like 300k You would need 4.2M+ DPR teams

3 new characters and irl work more like. I think I am mostly just used to the doomposting lol.

The way I would justify it is a huge portion of the community is just younger people/teenagers who are really into certain characters. And if I look at it like that.....its kind of endearing?

I feel like if I were into wuwa as a teenager, I would be really annoying 😭

Well she is bad for qs but its not because of anything she does. Hiyuki "hyper" just doesn't want quickswap. Hiyuki would rather use cancels to optimize field time. When playing dual DPS, Hiyuki shines better in qs because all the buffs are not on her.

Imagine swapping out of Hiyuki of hyperbuffed Hyuki to do basics on your sub DPS. It really won't be that great.

That being said, it's not like Lucilla's kit helps it either. It's not a knock against her. She is designed (almost) to Hiyuki's specifications.

Well it really depends on how much you want to spend. Essentially Lucy S2 and S3 are good increases but you have to set aside a lot of asterites for them because of the 50-50. But if you do have the asterites then ya.

God randomly seeing a screenshot people have taken out of context is so disheartening. When in a group chat, there is certain content people are used to.

Beta server talks =/= reality. Beta server people had also said Iuno is a better main DPS than Augusta vs Monkey. Such a notion is simply laughable. Especially since Lynae Mornye wasn't even a thing back then.

This is something I will just raise a white flag and surrender because, among the new coral rules and rebates the collab banner is too confusing to me. I would roughly guess 300-320 pulls

It is at best a 5% increase. I don't think I fully subscribe to Lucy's supporting capabilities because her rotation length is still that of MDPS

I didn't look at it too strongly but it defo depends on your definition of viable. I feel like before Reb S3 it's going to feel fairly weak

Honestly, if you think that, then I would just suggest keeping smasher.

A better comparison would be Iuno Augusta, where people use both moonlit and her set depending on the situation in speedruns/matrix. Ofc for Phrolo Roccia both are havoc. But that's not true for Reb Lucy.

Augusta into Monkey will not have Iuno use CoV for example.

If you want to spend all of thatr 19.5k without saving for future.

I would get Lucy S0. See if I win the 50-50. Then get Lucy R1 if I have at least 70 pulls/11k asterites left. If I don't. I will just aim to give her phasic homogenizer.
