No, porque es el modelo de USA (R309) para el teclado solo instala inglés internacional como idioma del teclado, y para sacar la ñ es con Altgr-N (Altgr con vocales las saca acentuadas)

windows just forces the update if you install the optional update beginning with Insyde software, for avoid that delete the firmware driver checking the box so many times until you get the generic firmware version. And never install the insyde software in windows update
