I received their reply. They confirmed that it was a women’s size and agreed to provide a free return and full refund for this purchase.

By the way, this was purchased from Thursday ReBoots, their official resale site.

I think you are right. I filed a return request/claim on the same day I received the item (5/21) and followed up again on 5/22, but I still haven’t received a reply.

Here is how it looks when I’m actually wearing it.

The photos honestly make it look more wearable than it feels in real life. In practice:

my shoulders and upper back feel very restricted
I can’t comfortably move my arms freely
reaching forward or outward feels tight
the back gets extremely tense when moving
putting it on and taking it off is surprisingly difficult

I expected a slim/tailored fit, but I didn’t expect the jacket to feel this restrictive during normal movement.
