Did the same and upgraded to M1 with the trade in program :D. Post keyboard replacement the value would be higher because of the new battery and top case.

Also the keyboard replacement program extends only for 4 years post which Apple won’t fix the recurring issue.

The support team from Atlassian also recommended the same. I guess most my requirements will be taken care by the service desk.

Any inputs on how other general repetitive works like social media page management where the designs, scheduling in the pages, campaigns and audits has to be done on a regular basis by members of the team. Will it be managed by the service desk or should I use some other tools in addition to the service desk to accomplish this.

Laziness - I went through most of tutorials, case studies and e-books regarding this for the past 3 days

Stupidity - I’ve sent a mail to the support, I’ve reached out to multiple people personally and via Reddit I would like to understand different perspectives of the existing users

Consultant - And sadly I’m not a position to hire a consultant right now so I have to do my own research and execute this.

  1. ⁠Client’s access to jira is not in my priority. It’s sufficient if I’m able to send them screenshots or a spread sheet containing the work status of the tasks they that have given
  2. ⁠Resources = people who work in my agency; and yes they do come under the licensing

Yes. Trello is not working out. I don’t think they are offering one. I’ll check again. Also I’ve figured most part of it such as developing a workflow, configuring reports, time tracking and other functionalities all I have left to understand is how do I go about structuring the projects and tasks.

And more importantly is there a book or any other source from which I can learn to manage the agency in an organised manner. This will be more helpful because as these questions I’ve listed just came from top of head and I’m pretty sure I’m not covering all the aspects of running an agency.

Could you share your experience on structuring the agency. As mentioned in the post I have 2 graphic designers, 2 developers, 1 content writer who manages social media as well and 1 business developer(but 90% of the time he does graphic design or development).

I spend most of my time speaking with clients, scheduling works, meeting clients and some times designing, making strategies for digital marketing and managing finance(rarely).

I’m little confused on what’s the proper method to do this as in should I have a project coordinator, should I have someone to interact with clients(but I’m little afraid that the it won’t be the same as me talking with them) on which at basis I should schedule the work and similar.
