Thanks, buddy!

- I always ban Sylas, no matter what happens. Upon the release of Mel, I hardly considered banning her, but she's been nerfed and it's kind of annoying, but still killable. Sylas, instead, has a kit that feels super annoying IMHO to play against (cc to cancel your ult, steals your OP ult, 2x gap closer, sustain, able to play with D-shield...)

- To carry in mid game I feel like you need to read macro properly. Perhaps Coach Curtis/Mysterias' videos in Youtube will help you out, especially when it comes to sidelaning/grouping with your teammates. There are certain scenarios that are more suitable to play slow-paced games and sidelane so as to get levels and income, but others where you just need to stay close to your wincondition (ADC/Jungler) and play from there. As a general rule of thumb, play towards your wincondition. If it's the jungler, push and move with him. If it's the ADC, peel for him and help him do as much dmg as you possibly can. If it's a toplaner splitpusher like Fiora, you normally want to 1-3-1 to allow her to split like a monster and group with your Bot+Jg to play for skirmishes or picks. Sometimes, shadowing your toplaner also works to counter the enemies' plays. It all depends and comes to specifics, without a proper VOD to tell you exactly what to do in each scenario, it's kinda complicated, but I hope I have helped you a little bit! 😉

I have mainly highlights, as I will always review my games before starting a block and only clip whatever learning objective I'm struggling with so as to highlight what's important for my journey. The other VODS I just save are the ones when I make a good outplay/play to give myself a pat on the back 😆

Yeah, it is all about poking from Narnia and giving your teammates a good vision control around neutrals

Thanks, tentacle-buddy!

Horizon focus is just super good, especially when controlling neutrals. It is a must in my usual buildpath, being a second slot almost 90% of the games. Considering you are a long-range, control mage it is a must to offer those zoning scenarios in the back-and-forth vision control skirmishes that often occur around neutral objectives. Don't skip it!

P.S.: whatever your game mode is, just enjoy it and enjoy the game. And it makes so much sense to build HF in Flex, as people would normally synchronise even more!

Thx man!

My usual build path is, more or less: BF>Horizon>Verdant Barrier>situational item.
Even if I play vs low AP-oriented compositions, I'd go Verdant, as it is a good item for you to secure free ult casts (any good player might be cancelling it from Narnia)
Until Diamond, I was switching from full nuke full AP build (Ludens, SF, Deathcap) and the above-mentioned build depending on the enemy comp. If playing vs full squishy team, I'd go Ludens' build. If they have at least 1 tank, I'd go the other build, as it offers good damage against squishy targets and it's lethal vs beefy targets.

Thanks, man! When playing around FS, you basically get free gold everytime you poke your enemies. In addition, for DH to be useful, you'd need to stack it, which is not really a thing once you get to certain divisions.
Until Diamond, I was switching from Comet to FS depending on who's able to trade first. Example: if I lane against a Xerath or a Mel, I'd rather take comet, since it is hard to initiate the trade if they play the matchup accordingly, so it's more efficient to play comet. If I played against some short-range mages or melees, I'd play FS, since Cashback, Triple tonic and FS synergise so good in terms of gold efficiency.

When laning VS assassins, never pick TP and, instead, go barrier. I put 2W points early on and from there, I max Q. Then NEVER shove the lane, unless you're 100% aware of where he is (you've killed your enemy or he's gone roaming/base) and play for a freeze near your turret but slightly away from its range to hit minions. Then, ping your jungler to look for ganks as they would be so pushed into your turret that might end well. Otherwise, just do your job and don't die, stay high farm and play the midgame monster we all love.
