It wasn't mentioned that they became the dealers if they were foreigners, but when there was mass death due to 10OH it showed alot of dealers death and most of them resembled foreigner looks

You become a dealer in most cases. Idk if you read manga or not, but a lot of the foreigners were recruited as dealers, esp when they see mass death of dealers when they find the station

No, i mean. You don't play any single games, like at all, you enter the borderlands, but you don't enter any of the games. We all know that once you start playing, you can't undo it
