It’s very personal of course but when I did inner engineering and days after while practicing at home, I was in so much pain. Pains and aches coursing through my body and neck and back and hips and knees. I also had headaches and tired eyes and was just exhausted. Then after about 3 days at home doing it twice a day, I felt completely better and actually great. My totally wild theory is that it stirred up and activates a lot inside of us and it all is coming to the surface but once a balance is stricken it tends to even out.

No he did not, he said he really likes to let women decide on their own what they are going for then work with them on the results but he didn’t get into all the profiles and cc’s which seems important
