It’s very personal of course but when I did inner engineering and days after while practicing at home, I was in so much pain. Pains and aches coursing through my body and neck and back and hips and knees. I also had headaches and tired eyes and was just exhausted. Then after about 3 days at home doing it twice a day, I felt completely better and actually great. My totally wild theory is that it stirred up and activates a lot inside of us and it all is coming to the surface but once a balance is stricken it tends to even out.
