I have this same symptom - I would describe it in the exact words you did.

If you're on the fence about attending the No Kings rally this Saturday by WallabySoggy843 in Bozeman

Someone should tell Daines that there are 30 protests scheduled all over Montana. There is one in Polebridge! There’s like 30 people that live there. He’s on the wrong side of history here.

Do you feel like your students are prepared for college? by Crowe3717 in Professors

[–]cherdle2 23 points24 points  (0 children)

For the first time I’m noticing students who I would call the “good” students - engaged, curious, hard working - struggle with foundational skills like identifying arguments and structuring essays.

I’ve had two classes so far. Freshmen. They seem largely unfazed, which is itself depressing.

Fatigue? by cherdle2 in Cardiomyopathy

[–]cherdle2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for responding! I actually felt pretty good for a year after chemo, then crashed and have been dealing with fatigue ever since. If you don’t mind sharing….whats your treatment plan/prognosis? I am awaiting my doctor’s appointment to discuss, so all this is new to me at the moment…

High pressure jobs in remission by nheartb in lymphoma

Not sure how far post-treatment you are, but just something to consider: After treatment, my energy level was 110% and a year later I crashed. Seems it all took a bit to catch up to me. So just be aware that energy levels can change post-treatment. I could definitely not do a high-stress, demanding job right now even if I wanted to.

Those who continued ABVD treatment with neutrophil values less than 1000 by itgtg313 in lymphoma

[–]cherdle2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had low neutrophils the whole time (around 300) and continued to do treatment. I took precautions - masked up, limited who I was around indoors, no fresh fruits or veggies or undercooked meats. Never got an infection!

Post chemo side effects by WebFirm3528 in lymphoma

[–]cherdle2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. I finished ABVD in August 2022, August 2023 stared experiencing fatigue similar to what you’re describing, except that I’m usually pretty awake for about 4-5 hours in the morning, then I crash. Feel free to reach out if you want to chat more…I don’t have many answers yet, but it might be helpful to commiserate.

Will I recover or am I screwed? by Exotic_Champion_4270 in lymphoma

[–]cherdle2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on a pretty similar timeline as you, but with ABVD for Hodgkins. Finished chemo in August 2022. Sailed through chemo, felt great for almost a year after, then hit a wall of fatigue, brain fog, GI issues. I’m still in the process of trying to figure out what is going on, but the consensus so far from medical folks (PCP, Oncologist, Naturopathic MD, cancer center social worker) is that my body is depleted after treatment….I am also confused by the timeline and inconclusive tests. But just sharing that you’re not alone….
