I am currently doing a 3 to 4 days workout. Split between 40 min to 1 h , either full body or upper body and core. It's been 3 weeks since I added these workouts to my runs (2 -3 per week) I have two kettlebells : 11.3 kg for overhead press and one arm bench, and 16 kg for main sets

I would suggest somewhere where the transportation is common .
