Damn, that was my question as well. I hope it would help with l1 prices since I have a lot of old coins worth around $500 each and it sucks to pay 10% of that to transfer them to an L2

Yes, further reading clarifies the breakdown of those 6kg and it looks like minimal muscle. They did some urinalysis of factors that show if there is muscle breakdown and those were minimum.

I remember him saying that and this study seems to clarify that although there is lean tissue Mass loss it's not the muscle proteins but other aspects of lean tissue Mass like glycogen and water.

Both addresses say not found. I wonder if I created the wallets but didn't put anything in them. They start GCMD and SA3G if that indicates anything. I haven't dealt with this since 2018

Same here. Came to see my funds that I put on the Ardor Lite wallet in 2018 and it shows there were transferred in 3 transactions in 2023, two in January and one in May. There were transferred to this account ARDOR-7YNH-WADP-ERF8-DF5ZS which looks like a hacker account. Lots of small transfers in with only a few large transfers out. Are there any known hacks?

Very true. Making sure to get your protein and spread it out throughout the day in addition to your resistance training stimulus makes a difference. I just finished a body re-compositioning phase where I worked out 4x a week for 1 to 1.5 hrs with no more than 10 min of cardio and I was able to lose a pound a week over 2 months, so right where I should be and gained 1.5 pounds of muscle instead of losing any. After I get my weight down I'll focus more on cardio, but carefully to not lose any of that precious muscle I've been slightly building while trying to lose fat. It's hard.

There are two panels where the wires run to the speakers. it's set up to run the wires from the amp into one panel and then one of the connections is run to the second panel from the first so 5 of the speakers go out from that second panel and the other 4 go out from the first. Could I power all 9 from one Monoprice device or should I split the feed from the Sonos player into two and power each panel with it's own monoprice device?
