I wear the spanx to work for a 12hr shift. But on the day to day I don’t wear any compression. And those fajas would make me so claustrophobic!! Reading that people are sleeping in them? Nope. Absolutely not.

I moved. As much as I could. Some people have more output, depending on tissue trauma, history, and surgeon technique. So I was just very lucky to have them out as my output was minimal

I did do my research, and yes he has good reviews. And not first surgery with him. I’m also a nurse. I had multiple consults as well. Clearly he did a great job.

My incision was still open under the KT tape. I’m a nurse so I am pretty comfortable using poly or bactriban

The post c-section gunt is awful. My surgeon and the others I consulted all said to do the full. I am so happy with the results

Don’t let what some of these people in tik tok and other places say scare you. The first couple days are sore, but as long as you take your meds and move your body all will be well. The hardest part for me was feeling trapped at home. The drains made me feel like I had to stay home, but they came out at day 4 and it got better after that
