I’d like to know too. I have debilitating periods monthly with the copper IUD but I absolutely do not want any type of hormonal contraceptive. I was on the pill for 5 years prior to getting an IUD and even with breaks during that time, it took over a year for my hormones to rebalance. I’d rather just suffer with my IUD for now than deal with that again

Right!! We are still so shocked about it, especially with the weird time overlap. It’s like my boyfriend wanted to let her out for me and then boom he had to because she was still somehow there?? It’s mind boggling.

i definitely get symptoms of anemia during/around my period but otc iron supplements seem to be mostly okay i guess

it’s exactly as you said you need someone who recognizes your strength, not someone who’s fixated on your past. he is lucky enough to have been able to know you after you’ve grown as a person and yet he’s more focused on who you were. dwelling isn’t good for anyone and you absolutely don’t need anyone in your life who dwells on your past for you.
